TCP and implements

Must admit I was curious about this passage in an email I received recently through another site (and the question I asked in response to his original message saying 'hello' was simply 'tell me a bit about yourself'!)

I quote:

"The instrument of chastisement is first rubbed with TCP, then TCP will be massaged into your buttocks and upper thighs.You'll find the cold slightly stingy sensation very interesting."

Now knowing the antiseptic (and stinging) qualities of said TCP (quite apart from its horrible medical pong) - why would anyone want to do this?? And why would anyone think it was an appealing way to introduce themselves?

Am I missing something?

Cant say I know of that...or want to LOL or deep heat..that stuff stinks

Maybe you could have yer bum massaged with TCP by DLT...with lots of TLC?

The only thing I can think of (apart from a rather unusual kink) is that he's concerned about using the same implements on different victims because of the possibility of communicating disease.

However, I don't think TCP used as he suggests would do the job.

Apparantly it's very hard to kill hepatitis C pathogens if they get onto/into a cane.

Well - my mother used to make me gargle with dilute TCP daily during the winter - she reckoned that it stopped me getting colds!!

PS - in case i need to say this, it was absolutely disgusting, especially as the instructions on the bottle said that you had to swallow the last teaspoonful - yeuuurrrgghhhhhhhh!!!!
Oh - and it didn't work either!!!

You only need to do it at the very first hint of a sore throat. If you do it each morning, and the virus hits your throat mid-day it will be useless, and too late by the next day.

I found out about that technique about 15 years ago, and have only had one cold which did not respond to the treatment.

Unfortunately I've had a few others when I wasn't able to get to any TCP when I first noticed the sore throat.

Oh, and there's also no point whatsoever swallowing the stuff. The acids in your stomach are far more potent than dilute TCP

I am sorry to say that I have never heard of this either. Maybe your frined can explain to us all a bit more why he uses it.

Well sweetpea..I agree that this guys initial response to you seemed a little strange...forward and presumptuous would be more like it!
His methods are not strange to me however,wether he is mad..that's for everyone elses assumption.
Having been into outlandish methods of urtication and adjuncts coupled with cp I know exactly where this guy is coming from...nettles being amongst my favourites.
I have been called nuts too..well maybe I am..lol but I wouldnt be talking about this if I didnt have any experience....I could explain but...maybe not..lol
True,it's not for everyone,but not everyone has tried this and because they havent,they pass their own judgement upon it!
Playing safe is a matter of course and assuming everyone will accept these unusual methods without agreeing is wrong.
Hope this guy finds someone on his wavelength..obviously no one on here..lol.
